1. Introduction

Welcome to ToPixel (https://topixel.art). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ToPixel products and features.

2. Service Description

ToPixel provides image-to-pixel conversion, AI-assisted conversion, pixel editing, blueprint export, account management, and subscription/credit features.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and account activity.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your email accessible.
  • We may require verification or additional checks to protect account security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use ToPixel for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • Upload or generate content that violates third-party rights.
  • Interfere with platform security, stability, or normal operation.
  • Circumvent product limits, billing controls, or technical protections.

5. Plans, Credits, and Billing

  • Some features require an active subscription and/or available credits.
  • AI usage is credit-based (currently 1 credit per AI generation/run).
  • Credit, plan, and feature details shown in-product are part of these Terms.
  • Prices, plans, and credit bundles may be updated with notice on product pages.

6. Redeem Codes and Lite Access

Where available, redeem codes may grant Lite access and/or credits according to in-product rules. Redeem codes are single-use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • If purchased credits have been used, the purchase is generally not refundable.
  • For exceptional payment issues, we may review requests case by case.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You keep rights to content you upload.
  • You are responsible for your use of generated/exported outputs.
  • ToPixel retains rights to the platform, software, and brand assets.

9. Service Operations

We continuously improve the service and may update, replace, or remove features when needed for quality, security, or normal business operation.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may limit or suspend access if your use violates these Terms, creates security risk, or causes service abuse.

11. Liability Scope

If service issues occur, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ToPixel's liability is limited to direct losses and capped at the amount paid by you to ToPixel in the 12 months before the relevant claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a revised Last updated date.
